Dan Harmon is the General Manager and Vice President of Business Development for BexR Logistix®, LLC. He is a committed and successful sales and business management professional with more than 25 years of experience. With a passion for leadership and building business through process and solution development, Dan has guided the company’s
growth – first as a start-up subsidiary of Mission Pharmacal Company through today where the results-driven organization has steadily gained new clients and is poised for continued success well into the future.
Dan excels at uncovering and creating unique and effective business partnerships and utilizes his extensive career skillset to effectively execute his role with the company. Prior to joining BexR, he was the Owner/Partner and Vice President of Sales for KBS/OSI, Inc., one of the top office equipment dealerships in the country. While in that role, Dan was a principal member of the company’s four-person Executive Leadership Team. Before that, he held VP positions with ITS Neopost and Toshiba Business Solutions. While with Toshiba, he also held a leadership role in the Executive Management Leadership Team delivering consistent results with multiple Subsidiary of the Year awards.
Through his strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, consistent sales excellence, strong work ethic, and a keen commitment to clear strategy execution, Dan has been awarded several recognitions throughout his career. A graduate of St. Joseph’s University, he received a four-year athletic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Terry Herring is the President of BexR Logistix®, LLC. In addition, Terry has served as President, Commercial Operations for BexR parent company, Mission Pharmacal Company. Previously, Herring was President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director, InVentiv Health. He has also held positions with Noven Pharmaceuticals, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, and Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals.
He was named to PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring people in 2007 and 2008. In addition, Herring serves on the Archway Advisory Board and as a Camp Kirkwood Board Member. He is also a former Big Brother’s Big Sister’s Board Member (2007 honoree).
Herring graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in biology from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina. In addition, he attended Mercer University School of Engineering where he received a graduate certificate in project design and Duke University/London Business School where he earned a graduate certificate at the International Marketing Forum.
